Certification

GMI offer a number of pathways for certification which are designed to recognise outstanding professionals in the marina industry. All certification pathways are awarded after a rigorous process where candidates are asked to demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience in their chosen field.

Global recognition

The GMI certifications are recognised across the world and increasingly in the developing marina world as a sign that staff have reached a consistently high standard. Certifications currently available through GMI are outlined below:

Bruno Santori CMM

Certified Marina Manager (CMM)

The internationally recognised Certified Marina Manager (CMM) designation is the assurance that your future can be both financially and professionally rewarding. It is a major step toward international recognition as a senior marina manager who has distinguished himself or herself as an outstanding professional.

Certified Marina Operator (CMO)

CMO’s have a least 3 years Marina Manager experience managing a small marina facility (under 100 vessels). The internationally recognised Certified Marina Operator (CMO) designation is the assurance that your future can be both financially and professionally rewarding and distinguishes you as an outstanding marina professional
