I’m Alistair Clarke, an experienced marine industry professional with a proven track record in marina operations, business systems, and organisational transformation.

My career started as Marina Manager, enjoying ten years at Weymouth Marina. Following the group’s expansion and transformation, I transitioned to a group business systems role, where I focused on digital transformation, driving process improvement, delivering staff training, and enhancing CRM platforms.

I enjoy time on the water, mainly racing yachts and dinghies, but also a little wing foiling when the conditions are right!

Now working for Premier Marinas, I am focused on supporting the business systems across the group.
