Biography
I started my career at Yacht Havens in 1995 as a student yard assistant. This role involved all aspects of the boatyard and lifting operation. During this time, I got experience driving a variety of different craft. After a year of this I moved to the office as a summer student. This role was primarily serving fuel but also involved all aspects of the day to day business of the company.
In 1999 I started a full time role as a Haven Master.
I worked my way up in the company and became Marina Manager in 2022.
I have been a volunteer lifeboat helm for over 30 years and enjoy sailing with friends.
