Biography
Currently serving as a Port Inspector for the Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority (governing the strategic port hubs of Genoa, Savona, and Vado Ligure), he plays a central role in supervising port operations, ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety (Safety), maritime security regulations, and environmental management across major commercial and marina facilities.
A former Officer in the Italian Navy and Coast Guard, he combines over two decades of executive experience in marina management with deep expertise in port safety governance, environmental protection, and regulatory oversight. He is also served as international Gold Anchor assessor for TYHA.
