Biography
A systems-focused leader with a proven track record spanning 30 years, combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking to deliver efficient, commercially driven results across operations, capital projects, and P&L performance.
In 1997, I embarked on a decade-long global journey aboard charter and private yachts, including five years as Captain.
Since 2007, I have played a pivotal role as Marina Director at Porto Montenegro, leading the marina side transformation of a 120-year-old Austro-Hungarian naval repair facility into the multi-award-winning marina destination it is today.
In 2023, Porto Montenegro’s success expanded into M-Marinas by Porto Montenegro, a marina management company overseeing three Dubai-based marinas, where I served as Director of Marinas.
My contributions to the industry extend beyond my professional role. I am currently serving my second term as a Board Member of the International Superyacht Society and have previously held Chair positions at the Global Marina Institute and the Montenegro Marina Association.
