Biography
Colin is a seasoned marine operations leader with over 15 years of experience delivering and managing world-class marinas and yacht club environments across the Middle East and Europe. Currently serving as Operations Director at Amaala Yacht Club – Red Sea Global, he plays a key role in the delivery, developments and operation of a flagship Red Sea superyacht destinations. Part of this development finds him engaged with leading infrastructure projects, major event delivery, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Known for his strong commercial and technical expertise, Colin has successfully transformed underperforming marina assets into profitable operations, most notably during his tenure as General Manager in Oman. He brings proven strengths in project delivery, operational efficiency, and team leadership, supported by his Certified Marina Manager (CMM) accreditation and a hands-on, results-driven approach
