Philip Sather, CMM, is an international marina and hospitality professional with more than 15 years of experience across marina operations, pre-opening, development and commercial management. His career includes senior leadership roles in the UAE and involvement in the pre-opening and operation of major marina developments.

Philip is the founder of Fractional Marina Director, supporting marina owners, developers and operators across the full marina lifecycle—from planning and pre-opening through operational improvement, systems, commercial performance, team development and international marina standards.

He currently works with marina projects across the Middle East and Asia, bringing an operator-led approach that bridges the gap between marina design, development and successful day-to-day operation. As a Certified Marina Manager (CMM), Philip remains committed to professional development, knowledge sharing and raising operational standards across the global marina industry.
