I am currently working with Red Sea Global in Saudi Arabia, where I contribute to the operational development of emerging marina destinations along the Red Sea coast. My career spans a broad range of marine operations, providing a practical and informed perspective on marina management and destination services.

I began my professional journey in watersports, gaining hands-on experience in activities including diving and sea kayaking before progressing into sailing and fleet management. This operational background led me to pursue formal study in Port Operations, supporting the transition into marina management roles. This experience includes working in several internationally recognised marina destinations including the GCC and Caribbean and through these roles I have worked with a wide range of marina users, from recreational boaters to luxury yacht owners, gaining insight into how different cruising regions influence customer expectations and service models. I am now creating training and development programs for the marinas, using a blend of marina and hospitality curriculum for luxury destinations.
