Pauline has been in the marine industry for 26 years and a CMM for nearly 20 of those years.
Working at Maryport Marina, Cumbria has been a pleasure, although it has had many challenges over the years. Maryport has had succession training in place for younger staff, as Pauline prepares to retire in September 2027 as General Manager of Maryport Harbour and Marina Limited.
Kerrie began her marine industry career in 2005 as a seasonal Marina Operative, spending summers working in UK marinas while teaching sailing in the Caribbean during the winter months.
Appointed Assistant Marina Manager in 2011 and Marina Manager in 2017, Kerrie has built extensive experience in marina operations, customer relations, and event management. Alongside managing Poole Quay Boat Haven and Port of Poole Marina, she oversees all superyacht arrivals into Poole Harbour and was appointed Marina Manager for the Southampton International Boat Show in 2021.…
