Dan Lew is a marina professional with extensive experience in both Coastal and Inland marina operations, customer service, and waterfront management. Dan oversees multiple marina sites, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all locations. Dan is known for his strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional boating experiences. With a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of the marine industry, he plays a key board level role in driving performance and supporting both staff and customers across the marinas within his remit.
Ben has been in the marina industry since 1994. Graduating from Solent University with honours degree in Maritime Studies and Water Based Leisure Management, Ben has managed Haslar Marina since 1999 – under Dean & Reddyhoff, boatfolk and now very happily with Premier Marinas. He has assisted with managing Deacons Marina, leading the charge on installing an eco mooring field in Studland Bay, and currently represents the marinas and boatyards on the River Hamble Management Committee.
Originally from the South coast in the UK, I live in Limassol, Cyprus. Now working with IGY Marinas I provide operational, management, special project, and business development support across the IGY Marinas network.
